Need to cancel your order? Get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible through the Submit a Request link below, via live chat, or by calling us on +61 7 5654 7774.

Our warehouse team works fast and all orders received by 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day, so the sooner you contact us the better. If your order hasn't been picked and packed yet, we'll do our best to cancel it and refund you.

If your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to cancel it. But don't worry, once it arrives you can simply return it to us within 60 days in the condition you received it for a refund or store credit. Check out our Returns section for how to lodge a return.
