My order was marked delivered but it’s not here!Updated an hour ago

Don't panic just yet! Sometimes couriers scan parcels as delivered a little early, and they can still turn up later that day.

First, we recommend you check your tracking link for any delivery notes or photos left by the driver, have a good look around your property (front and back doors, garage, shed and letterbox), and check with neighbours or anyone else at the address who may have accepted the parcel. It's also worth waiting until the end of the next business day, as the parcel may still be on its way.

If you chose ATVexpress, please keep in mind it is an Authority To Leave service, so the driver will leave your parcel at your address if no one is home.
